The newest buzz in the MLB is that the White Sox and RHP Scott Linebrink have agreed to a four-year, $19 million deal....Lately it is hard to come by a good quality reliever and Scott Linebrink is that. He is a great addition to that bullpen but giving a reliever four years is a little much. I guess they had to give it to him or he would not sign. He is a great reliever who could really boost a bullpen. I do not think the White Sox are done signing and want to get a big name. Linebrink would have been a good fit with the Mets but seeing the way Scott Schoeneweis panned out, Omar is not going to shell out another four years on a reliever...
